Confirm the in-game volume setting
If the in-game settings include an option such as "Audio Volume", ensure that the sound is not muted, and increase the volume.Reconnect the cable between the TV and console (e.g., HDMI cable)

On the PS5 Home screen, select "Settings" > "Sound" > "Audio Output."
