Downloadable contents (DLCs) included in a Season Pass will be applied to the game by downloading each of them individually from the PlayStation Store after purchase.
Please confirm and try the following.
Note:
Season Pass grants you the right to purchase paid DLCs, which are released sequentially after the game's release, at a lower price than purchasing each separately.
They will be available for download once distribution begins. Please check the distribution schedule for each on our official website.

If the game is currently running, exit the game, and place the cursor over the game icon on the home screen.

Press the "Down" button (D-pad) on your controller to scroll until the "Add-Ons" section appears.

Select DLC marked as "Purchased" to open its details screen and select "Download."
Note: If the target DLC does not appear, please select "View All Add-ons" on the right side to find it from the list.
Note: Please be careful not to accidentally purchase a DLC that displays its price.

Repeat this process to download all the DLCs included in the Season Pass.

Once the download is complete, start the game and confirm that all the DLCs included in the Season Pass are applied to the game.

Please also confirm the following:

Make sure that the name of the DLC you attempt to download is correct.
For example, in case of "ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV," the contents to be downloaded is not "ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV Season Pass," but the contents included in that Season Pass (such as "ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIII" Officer CG Portrait Set" and "Editing Features Part 1)."Note: To confirm the names of the DLCs included in the Season Pass, please refer to the official website of the product.
Note: If multiple Season Passes are available for the game, please carefully confirm which DLCs are included in the Season Pass you purchased.
