【PS4】Controller does not work properly

Please try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue.

1. If the game includes controller settings, try the following steps:

   1. Change the in-game controller settings from the current configuration, then save the changes.
   2. Restart the game and set back to the original configuration.

    

2. Reset your controller

3. Update your PS4 system software to the latest version

Go to PS4 home screen > "Settings," and select "System Software Update."

If there is an update file for a later version, it will be automatically downloaded.

To confirm the latest version of PS4 system software, please refer to the PlayStation Support page "PS4 system software update features."

4. Updated the game to the latest version

   1. On the PS4 home screen, place the cursor over the game icon.
   2. Press the "Options" button on the controller and select "Check for Update."

    

5. Boot your console in Safe Mode and perform "Rebuild Database"
