If the game includes controller settings, try the following steps:
- Change the in-game controller settings from the current configuration, then save the changes.
- Restart the game and set back to the original configuration.
- Reset your controller

- Update your PS4 system software to the latest version
Go to PS4 home screen > "Settings," and select "System Software Update."
If there is an update file for a later version, it will be automatically downloaded.
