To play the DLC "Hell Rising" scenario, you must have cleared the first round of the Main Mission "Heir's Journey." The DLC scenario will be unlocked in a completed round of the Main Mission and can be selected from the map screen.
If the DLC scenario does not appear even though you have cleared the Main Mission, please open the "map" and switch to a completed round (e.g., "Heir's Journey," "Shogun's Journey") to check again.
