Performing the following steps may resolve the issue.
1. Update system software on the PS5 console to the latest version
To confirm the current latest version and how to update it, please click here.
2. Update the game to the latest version
To update the game to the latest version, place the cursor over the game title on Home screen, and click [Options] > [Check for Update].
3. Restart the PS5 console by the following steps
Turn off the PS5 console, unplug the power cable from the console, and plug it back in after a few minutes, and then restart the PS5 console.
4. Enable PS5 Console Sharing (if it is enabled, disable it once and enable it again)
In the upper right corner of Home screen, select [Settings] > [Users and Accounts] > [Other] > [Console Sharing and Offline Play] to change the setting.

5. Restore Licenses
From PS5 Home screen, select [Settings] > [Users and Accounts] > [Other] > [Restore Licenses] to execute.

7. Re-install the game
If the issue persists even after trying steps 1 through 6 above, please re-install the game.
Please update the game to the latest version and re-install the DLC.
