Please open the in-game menu and select "System" > "Photo Mode" to start Photo Mode.
You can set a shortcut for Photo Mode, which allows you to launch it without navigating through the menu.
To set the shortcut, please select the "Settings" tab (gear icon), which is located at the far right of the Photo Mode screen, and then change the "Shortcut Button Setting" from Off to On.
