To create objects, you will need the required Materials and Blueprints.
If you have necessary materials but are unable to build an object, or if an object does not appear in the "Workbench" or "Furniture List," you probably do not own the blueprint.
The primary ways to obtain Blueprints are as follows:
- Completing the Pioneering Effort
- Investigating Chests and Treasure Troves found in the field
- Purchasing them from shops
- Increasing the base's Comfort Level to a certain level or higher
