If the game no longer starts after changing in-game graphics settings such as resolutions and other quality settings to higher values, lowering these settings to their minimum may resolve the issue.
How to lower the in-game graphics settings to their minimum:
1. In Steam Client, open this game's "Properties."
2. On the "General" tab, find "Launch Options" field, and paste the following text in that field.

3. Close "Properties", and start the game.
Note:
If the game starts successfully, please delete the text entered in "Launch Options" in step 2.
Leaving this text will cause the graphics settings to reset to the minimum every time you start the game.
