Please try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue:
1. Update system software on your Nintendo Switch 2 console to the latest version
On your console's HOME menu, select "System Settings" > "System" > "System Update."
To confirm the current latest version and how to update it, please click here.
2. Update the game software to the latest version
(1) On the console's HOME menu, highlight the game title, and press the [+] or [-] button on your controller.
(2) Select "Software Update" > "Via the Internet."
3. Turn off your console completely then turn it back on
Note: This operation is different from putting the console into sleep mode.
(1) Press and hold the power button for at least three seconds to display the power menu.
(2) Select "Power Options," then "Turn Off."

4. Scan for Corrupted Data
(1) From the console's HOME menu, select "System Settings" > "Data Management" > "Manage Software."
(2) Select this game, then select "Scan for Corrupted Data."
5. Reinstall the game
Note: This operation does not delete your save data.
(1) On the console's HOME menu, highlight this game and press the [+] or [-] button.
(2) Select "Data Management" > "Delete Software."
(3) Reinstall the game software and DLC.
