If you wish to play a PlayStation 4 version of the game on your PlayStation 5 console, please refer to the FAQ "【PS5】The purchased Season Pass is not applied to the game."
Downloadable contents (DLCs) included in a Season Pass will be applied to the game by downloading each of them individually from the PlayStation Store after purchase.
Please confirm and try the following.
Note:
Season Pass grants you the right to purchase paid DLCs, which are released sequentially after the game's release, at a lower price than purchasing each separately.
They will be available for download once distribution begins. Please check the distribution schedule for each on our official website.
| How to Download Season Pass Contents |
On the PS4 Home screen, please highlight the game icon and press the "Down" button (D-Pad) on the controller, then select "PlayStation Store."
If [Your Add-Ons] appears on the right side of the screen:
- Select "Your Add-Ons."

If the DLC you wish to apply is not marked as "Installed," select the arrow icon to download it.
Note: If the DLC is not listed in "Your Add-Ons", please try the steps for "If [Your Add-Ons] does not appear on the right side of the screen" below.

Once the download is complete, launch the game and confirm if the DLC has been applied.
If [Your Add-Ons] does not appear on the right side of the screen:
- Select "All add-ons."

DLCs included in the purchased Season Pass will be marked as "Free." Download each one individually.
Note: Be careful not to accidentally purchase a DLC that is not marked as free. - Once the download is complete, launch the game and confirm if the DLC has been applied.

Please also confirm the following:

Make sure that the name of the DLC you attempt to download is correct.
For example, in case of "ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV," the contents to be downloaded is not "ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIV Season Pass," but the contents included in that Season Pass (such as "ROMANCE OF THE THREE KINGDOMS XIII" Officer CG Portrait Set" and "Editing Features Part 1)."Note: To confirm the names of the DLCs included in the Season Pass, please refer to the official website of the product.
Note: If multiple Season Passes are available for the game, please carefully confirm which DLCs are included in the Season Pass you purchased. - Please try the steps outlined in the FAQ "【PS4】DLC is not applied to the game."
