Please try the following steps in order, as they may help resolve the issue.
Note:
If contents in "Season Pass" are not applied in the game, they may not have been released yet. (Contents in "Season Pass" will be released sequentially after the base game release.) Please confirm the release date of each content on our official website.

Download the content (Confirm if it is available)
- If the game is running, close it.
- Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and select "My games & apps" > "See all" > "Games.”
- Place the cursor over this game's icon, press the controller’s Menu button, and select "Manage game & add-ons."
- The game's icon will appear on the right side of the screen. Select it to proceed.
- If there is any content that is not marked as "Installed," check it and select "Save Changes."

After installation is complete, launch the game and confirm that the DLC has been applied.

Confirm the account you are signed in with
Confirm that you are signed in with the Microsoft account that you used to purchase the DLC.

Test network connection
- From the Home screen, go to "Settings" > "General" > "Network settings."

Select "Test network connection" and execute it.
When the test is successful, your console will connect to Xbox services.
Note: If prompted to update the console software, select "Yes" to update it.
In case the network connection is not successful, please refer to the Xbox Support page "Troubleshoot your Xbox network connection."

Turn off your console then turn it back on
- Press and hold the console’s power button for more than 10 seconds to turn it off.
- Press the Xbox button on the console or controller to turn it back on.

Reinstall the Game
Note: This operation will not delete your save data.
- Press your controller's Xbox button to open the guide, and go to "My games & apps" > "See all" > "Games.”
- Place the cursor over the game's icon, press the controller’s menu button, and select "Uninstall".
- Select "Uninstall All" to uninstall the game.
- From the menu on the left side of the screen, select "Library".
- Select the game's icon, then select "Install" to install the game.
- After installation is complete, launch the game to see if the issue has been resolved.
