Please try the following steps to see if they resolve the issue:
-
Confirm the in-game volume settings
Please ensure that the volume is not turned down or muted in the in-game "Options" or "Settings" menu.
-
Confirm the settings on your console (for TV Mode)
If you are using TV mode, go to your console's HOME menu > System Settings > Audio > TV Sound.
If it is set to "Linear PCM 5.1ch," change it to "Stereo" or "Automatic." -
Unplug earphones or headphones
If the sound plays normally after unplugging your earphones or headphones, the issue may be related to the earphones/headphones or their compatibility with the Nintendo Switch 2 console.
In that case, please consider contacting the manufacturer of your earphones/headphones. -
Turn off your console completely then turn it back on
Note: This operation is different from putting the console into sleep mode.
(1) Press and hold the power button for at least three seconds to display the power menu.
(2) Select "Power Options," then "Turn Off."
If you are unsure about the location of the power button, please refer to the Nintendo Support page: "How to Power Off the Nintendo Switch Console."
-
Scan for Corrupted Data
(1) From the console's HOME menu, select "System Settings" > "Data Management" > "Manage Software."
(2) Select this game, then select "Scan for Corrupted Data."
-
Reinstall the game
Note: This operation does not delete your save data.
(1) On the console's HOME menu, highlight this game and press the [+] or [-] button.
(2) Select "Data Management" > "Delete Software."
(3) Reinstall the game software and DLC.
The digital version of the game and DLC (including bonuses such as early purchase bonus) can be downloaded from the eShop.
