Please try the following steps in order, as they may help resolve the issue.

Perform Network Connection Test
- From the Home screen, go to "Settings" > "General" > "Network settings."

Select "Test network connection" and execute it.
If the test is successful, your console will connect to the Xbox services.Note: If prompted to update the console software, select "Yes" to update it.
In case the network connection is not successful, please refer to the Xbox Support page "Troubleshoot your Xbox network connection."

Turn off your console then turn it back on
- Press and hold the console’s power button for more than 10 seconds to turn it off.
- Press the Xbox button on the console or controller to turn it back on.

Reinstall the Game
Note: This operation will not delete your save data.
- Press your controller's Xbox button to open the guide, then go to "My games & apps" > "See all" > "Games.”
- Place the cursor over the game's icon, press the controller’s menu button, then select "Uninstall."
- Select "Uninstall All" to uninstall the game.
- From the menu on the left side of the screen, select "Library."
- Select the game's icon, then select "Install."
- After installation is complete, launch the game to see if the issue has been resolved.
